Engr Oyedele Hakeem Alao (popularly known as Allow Alao) has extended his warmest felicitations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja, following his landmark appointment as the Chairman of the Oyo State Council of Obas and Chiefs.
