Ilaka, Faozey Lose Polling Unit To APC The Oyo Central Senatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Chief Bisi Ilaka, has lost his polling unit 003 Ward 5 Apinni, Oyo East LGA to the APC candidate, Dr. Yunus Akintunde of the All Progressives Congress, APC. While Akintunde polled 99 votes, Ilaka polled 58 votes and the accord party candidate, Faozey Nurudeen polled 27 votes. On the same note, Dr. yunus Akintunde also floored Faozey Oladotun Nurudeen of Accord in his polling unit, Onilada polling unit of Oyo West local government. Akintunde (APC) scored 109 votes while his kinsman, Engr. Faozey (Accord) scored 77 votes. The ruling party’s candidate, Chief Bisi Ilaka scored 30 votes. Akintunde polled 109 while Faozey had 77.
