The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) conducted it’s ward congress yesterday across the nation. The congress which was scheduled to choose the new party executives who will champion the affairs of the party at ward level for the next 4years. , Hon. Simeon Olaniyi Akinloye ( The Ayedaade state constituency hopeful 2023) commends the peaceful conduct of the just concluded congress in Ayedaade local government of Osun State.
Hon. Akinloye expressed his joy today when speaking with the journalist at his oke Apata residence in Gbongan town. Hon. Olaniyi commends party faithfuls and PDP leaders in Ayedaade local government for allowed peace to manifest during the congress. He specially appreciates the party members in ward 02 for demonstrated high maturity and unconventional love yesterday, which he said was the only mantle for had a successful congress.
Early last year, Hon. Olaniyi declared his intention to contest for the post of state house of assembly under People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and since then, The Gbongan born businessman has been working tremendously for the progress and betterment of the party, not only in Ayedaade local government but Osun state in general.
Recently, Hon. Olaniyi facilitated the free Voter’s registration for those that are yet to get their PVC. He organized this free Online registration at ST. Peter primary school( ward 02 ).Available at the event was E-registration for new people and transfer for those who wish to transfer from other States to Osun State and after successful registration, he make available three buses to move them to INEC office for biometric capturing in order to complete their registration.
Hon. Simeon Olaniyi Akinloye is one of the son of popular Cocoa Merchant in Gbongan, Late Chief Ajibade Akinloye also known as Tiamak.
In his word, Hon. Simeon congratulates all party stakeholders in Ayedaade LGA and Osun State for the peaceful conduct of the party Congress yesterday been 25th Sep.,2021. He charge the newly elected excos to see their respective posts as a call to service and advices them to do all their possible best to promotes the party to attain victory in all future elections.
In his remark, Chief Odekunmi, appreciates all those who came out en’masses yesterday to make sure the congress held.
