Ronaldo Scores Late Winner As Man United Defeat Villarreal


Cristiano Ronaldo scored a 95th-minute winner as Manchester United came from behind to beat Villarreal 2-1 at Old Trafford and pick up their first points in Champions League Group F on Wednesday.

Paco Alcacer gave Villarreal the lead shortly after half-time in a repeat of last season’s Europa League final, won by the Spaniards on penalties.

Alex Telles volleyed in a brilliant equaliser on the hour and Ronaldo struck right at the death as United bounced back from an opening group stage defeat by Young Boys.
