Alabi, who spoke on Fresh 105.9 FM shortly after the congress, said he felt relieved that despite several postponements. Asked how he felt that some people were not in attendance, Alabi explained “There is never a perfect election anywhere. If it were to be the other way round, others too would have complained. The fact that I was out of the country and couldn’t be in attendance does not mean I boycotted the congress. So you can’t say those who were not at the congress boycotted it.
