Who is Faozy Oladotun Nurudeen?
Engr. Faozy Oladotun Nurudeen hails from Ile Onilada, Pakoyi/Idode, Oyo, Oyo State, He was born on the 2nd December, 1983, in the cosmopolitan city of Ibadan.
He had his early education in Barakat Nursery and Primary School, Bodija; Methodist Grammar School, Bodija, Ibadan respectively.
He continued his education to University of Ilorin in the Electrical Department where he had a second class upper division.
For the love he has for education, he proceeded to Cranford Institute of Technology, Canada where he was awarded with Diploma in Business Technology.
As a lover of research and modern innovation, currently, he is running a Mater's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Edinburgh Business School, United Kingdom.
As a certified Engineer, He has bagged certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professionals (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internet Experts (CCIE, R&S), Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) and Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), India.
Engineer Faozey Oladotun is a professional technopreneur, with over ten years of high level management experience in telecommunications with nongovernmental organisation (NGO).
Presently he is the Chief Executive Officer of Sleek-Chip Technologies, a valued indigenous telecommunications company. The Chairman, Cubic-Sleek Mining Limited. The Chairman, Sleek Group Sarl, Cote d'Ivoire, and he sits on the Board of Sleek Chip Technologies, Canada.
He is the founder of Startup-All Global Initiative (SGI) and Creative Technology For Development Initiative (CTDI), both which are nongovernmental organisations, whose objectives are to cater for the challenges of emerging innovative businesses at grassroot level and promotion of economic and social development, through development and promotion of innovation, entrepreneurial culture, business incubation, economic policy research and expansion of the reach of technology.
Having travelled far and wide, his overwhelming international exposure in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) cannot be overemphasised. He is a member of the Local Multistakeholder Advisory Group (LMAG) of The Nigeria Internet Governance Forum (NGIF) and Nigeria Focal Point For Poland-Africa Congress and a member of Africa ICT Alliance. He is, also, a member of the Presidential Steering Committee of the United NATIONS-WSIS implementation in Nigeria; an accredited NGO member of the World Summit Information Society Forum by International Telecommunications Union (ITU) _ a United Nations organ in the area of telecommunications and ICT standard and development.
The young Faozey is a member of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs' Alliance, World Youths Alliance and Internet Corporation For Assigned Names And Numbers (ICANN).
Another remarkable achievement of this consummate and astute entrepreneur, is the indelible success he attained in fostering a symbiotic and sustainable relationship with the Polish Chamber of Commerce, Poland, to establish gateway companies that will cater for trade and investment between European Union and Nigerian market.
