JUST IN: Makinde Wins PDP Gubernatorial Ticket for Second Term (Video)

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo has been declared winner of the People’s Democratic Party gubernatorial primary election held on Wednesday at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan.

Makinde who amassed a total of 1,040 votes from the delegates floored his opponent, Barr. Hazeem Gbolarumi who got only 2 votes.

Oyo Labour Unions Give Makinde 7 Days To Implement FG Wage Award By INSTANTnews The Organised Labour in Oyo state has given the state government 7 days ultimatum to implement federal government 35, 000 naira as wage award for workers and 25,000 naira for pensioners or risk industrial action.
