In a gladiatorial manner Oloye Akin Alabi has tried to see the betterment of his constituents and constituency, Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, as necessity through his excellent representation, dogged fight for dividends of democracy, diehard commitments to human development and social face-lift in almost four years as a legislator in the hallow Green Chamber. 

Like a Roman Cicero he has aired his voice on most matters that matter for the benefits of his people which define accurately his oversight responsibility as a legislator. Of course, innumerable bills were sponsored and salient issues were raised for deliberations and quite a number of projects were facilitated and supervised as a Chairman of Ministry even as a first timer. This proves the Thomases', the Peters' and the Pauls' misconceptions of a first timer wrong. He was a thoroughbred and firebrand administrator of businesses and now of law.

 
I don't always discuss Hon. Akin Alabi benevolence to his people all because of his date with history in doing so. Oloye Akin Alabi Foundation is eleven year old and her outreaches to the people are second to none even before Oloye ever thought of politics. Without mincing words the lives touched would make evidential testimonials all the time.

I've asked this question umpteen times and it won't be out of place to ask again. Is Oloye Akin Alabi a lawyer? The answer is NO. But how did he conceive the idea of BETTER CALL AKIN? Just like Human Right lawyer he feels unease seeing people's rights being breached or violated. So he considered it as pivotal protecting the rights of his constituents as a lawmaker by rendering a Pro bono service through some standby legal practitioners who fight for cause of justice all the time.
However, after a long political history of Egbeda/Ona Ara Federal Constituency since its birth from the mothers - Oluyole and Lagelu local Governments in 1989, our political trajectory has not been so clear as a people considering the handling of its management and the handlers at various political eras. But this time, Oloye Akin Alabi has given us the reason to be thoughtful in choosing our representative who should be experienced and not a pure and unworthy experiment for A GIANT ADVANTAGE.
