In a statement released by his media aide, Ajayi Cephas, Akinloye praised the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSSIEC) for its commitment to a free and fair electoral process. "I extend my warmest congratulations to Honourable Felicia Adeniran on her well-deserved victory. I also commend OSSIEC for their tireless efforts in ensuring the success of today's election," Akinloye said.
