Condolences And Call to Action, Otope Reacts To Police Officer Shooting A Student In Alakia

A heartbreaking incident occurred this morning in Ibadan when a police officer shot an innocent student named PAUL KEHINDE ALADE on his way to the school at Alakia. According to eyewitnesses, the officer was pursuing a vehicle and tragically shooting, resulting in the loss of a young life.

Dr. Temitope Oladimeji Ezekiel, also known as Otope, Egbeda/Ona-Ara Rep hopeful, has strongly condemned the incident and is calling for an immediate and thorough investigation over the unfortunate incident. In his statement, Dr. Otope expressed deep sorrow over the loss of the promising young student and demanded that the commissioner of Police in the state suspend the officer involved and conduct a proper investigation into the incident.
Otope also extends very deep condolence to the family of the young deceased and promises to reach out to them in due course.
