Olubadan: Atidade Congratulates Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja On Coronation As 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland

Honourable Ademola Adeleke Atidade, the Akogun Aladeyalo of Epo-Adeyalo, Osupa Adini Ayetuntun Oke,-odo and General Chairman of the Epo Adeshina Adeyalo Community, has felicitated with His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rashidi Enietan Adewolu Ladoja, on his historic coronation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.

In his congratulatory message, Chief Atidade described Oba Ladoja's ascension as a momentous occasion that marks a new chapter in the history of Ibadan and Oyo State at large. He expressed confidence that the monarch’s wealth of experience, wisdom, and leadership would steer Ibadanland towards greater development.

“At every stage of your journey, from politics to monarchy, you have shown uncommon dedication to public service and the well-being of the people,” Atidade said, referencing Oba Ladoja’s distinguished career as a former governor and elected senator.

He further hailed Ibadan’s rich cultural heritage and unique democratic chieftaincy succession system, noting that the smooth transition of power once again reaffirmed the city’s tradition of peace and stability.

Hon. Atidade prayed for a long, peaceful, and prosperous reign for the new Olubadan, pledging loyalty and support on behalf of his community.
