In a significant development that has sent ripples through the political circles of Oyo State, the 2023 gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin, paid a surprise visit to the Minister of Power, Oloye Adebayo Adelabu, at his Ibadan residence today.
